We are seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 Specialist with a strong background in back office operations and procurement. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and optimizing Dynamics 365 solutions to enhance procurement processes, streamline back office operations, and ensure seamless integration across various business functions. This role requires a deep understanding of Dynamics 365 modules, particularly those related to finance, supply chain, and procurement.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the implementation and configuration of Dynamics 365 modules related to procurement, finance, and back office operations. Ensure that the system is aligned with business goals and industry best practices.
  • Collaborate with procurement teams to identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions within Dynamics 365 to streamline procurement activities, including vendor management, purchase order processing, and inventory control.
  • Work closely with IT and other business units to ensure seamless integration of Dynamics 365 with existing systems and processes. Customize the platform as needed to meet specific business requirements.
  • Provide training and ongoing support to end-users, ensuring they are proficient in using Dynamics 365 for procurement and back office tasks. Develop user guides and training materials to facilitate adoption.
  • Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data within Dynamics 365, particularly related to procurement and financial transactions. Implement data management best practices and ensure compliance with organizational standards.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and KPIs within Dynamics 365 to provide actionable insights into procurement performance, vendor relationships, and financial metrics.
  • Manage projects related to the implementation and enhancement of Dynamics 365, including scope definition, timeline management, and resource allocation. Ensure that projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Stay current with the latest features and updates in Dynamics 365, particularly those related to procurement and back office functions. Continuously seek ways to improve system performance and user satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience working with Dynamics 365, with a focus on procurement and back office operations.
  • Strong knowledge of Dynamics 365 modules, particularly those related to finance, supply chain, and procurement. Experience with system integration and customization is highly desirable.
  • In-depth understanding of procurement processes, including vendor management, purchase orders, inventory control, and contract management. Experience in optimizing these processes within an ERP system is essential.
  • Ability to analyze complex business processes and identify opportunities for improvement. Proficiency in creating reports and dashboards within Dynamics 365.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into business terms and vice versa.
  • Proven project management skills, with experience leading ERP implementation or enhancement projects. PMP or similar certification is a plus.
  • Bachelor s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in the retail, manufacturing, or distribution sectors.
  • Familiarity with other Microsoft technologies, such as Power Platform, Azure, and Power BI.
  • Certification in Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations or related modules.
