Your Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to join our dynamic team. As Senior Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the development and enhancement of our products. We are seeking candidates who:

Responsibilities

  • Drive the creation of high-impact features and integrations that deliver value to both business clients and end consumers by thoroughly understanding the nuances of our market's jobs-to-be-done.
  • Translate market signals and user insights into clear and prioritized product requirements in collaboration with design, engineering, and other stakeholders.
  • Develop and execute on a product strategy, informed by market dynamics, consumer needs, unique organizational capabilities that are aligned with achieving business objectives.
  • Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and user feedback to identify market trends, customer pain points, and opportunities for product innovation.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive product roadmap aligned with business objectives, customer needs, and market dynamics.
  • Act as a subject matter expert, providing guidance and support to cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, customer support, and operations.
  • Cultivate a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the product team and across the organization.
  • Analyze product data, user engagement, key metrics, and feedback to measure product performance and iterate on features to increase value creation for users and improve business outcomes.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree. Traditionally, this is in the field of Business, Economics, Political Science, Psychology, Computer Science, or Engineering, but we welcome you to introduce us to something that brings other valuable insight to the team.
  • MBA or other advanced degree is preferred.
  • Proven track record of 5+ years of experience in product management roles, preferably in the fintech industry and/or a focus on B2B2C products.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead initiatives involving cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment without sacrificing quality where it matters most.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Proven ability to thrive in a dynamic startup environment, with a hands-on, proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
  • Ability to think in both near and long-term horizons, including the ability to bridge between them and bring others along for the ride.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills; proficiency in data analysis and financial modeling.

The base salary for this position is $140,000 - $175,000 and will include equity and a full range of benefits.
