About The Role

As a Product Marketer in this role, you will help bring the vision to life by defining a new category of trust management, shaping the organization's positioning and differentiators externally, and influencing the product and business roadmap. This position sits at the intersection of Marketing & Demand Generation, Sales, Product, and Customer Success, connecting these teams to drive the business forward. Research, analysis, curiosity, storytelling, and project management are just a few of the attributes valued within the team, which is characterized by openness, empathy, and a genuine collegial spirit.


The Group Product Marketing Manager will assist in launching the next generation of security tools, bringing together customer insights and industry research to craft compelling messaging and elevate the product and brand story. Close collaboration with the product management team is essential as new security products are launched and the category is expanded.


What you’ll do

- Define and manage the go-to-market (GTM) strategy for the organization's security products, including messaging, positioning, launch planning, GTM enablement content (sales, customer success), and customer adoption.


- Plan and execute large product launches (partnering with communications to align on product narrative), report back on performance, and optimize launch processes for scalability.


- Author compelling content for each stage of the customer journey, from blog posts to sales collateral.


- Engage regularly with customers, analyze data, and understand the competitive landscape to help shape product strategy and roadmap, as well as inform the overall marketing strategy.


- Build relationships with every team—product management, demand generation, sales, design, customer success, and engineering—to define customer segments and deliver effective communications, from everyday emails to major launches.


- Refine pricing and packaging based on deep market insights, product value, and customer needs in partnership with finance, operations, product, sales, and customer success.


- Be a strong customer champion, a creative marketer, and a skilled problem solver.


How to be successful in this role

- Have 5+ years of Product Marketing experience, with an emphasis on B2B SaaS.

- Possess a deep empathy for users and an ability to adapt communication to best reach, engage, and differentiate the organization to its audience.

- Enjoy working with data and integrating quantitative conclusions with qualitative conversations had with users.

- Take pleasure in understanding how things work and then explaining newfound knowledge to others.

Salary Range

The salary or OTE range for this position is $158,000 - $186,000. This role may also be eligible for commissions/bonus, equity, medical benefits, 401(k) plan, and other organizational perks.
