What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new customers, ensuring a seamless transition from sales to implementation
• Conduct welcome calls or meetings with new customers to understand their needs and goals
• Collaborate with multiple teams to gather necessary information and ensure customer expectations are met
• Coordinate product demonstrations and training sessions to help customers get started with products/services
• Monitor customer progress and engagement during the initial stages of their relationship with the employer
  
  

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., business administration, marketing, engineering)
• Proven experience in customer service, account management, or a similar role
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers
