About The Role

The Marketing Manager - AI Training will cement Invisible’s brand and credibility as a thought leader in training foundation AI models. This hire will play a critical role in driving brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement through strategic content initiatives that effectively communicate how Invisible is differentiated in this fast-growing and competitive vertical. Reporting to the Director of Content Marketing, this position will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, design, and external partners, to ensure content aligns with business objectives.


The role offers significant opportunities for career growth, with the potential to lead content strategy for multiple verticals and drive innovative marketing campaigns that elevate Invisible’s brand identity.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop and implement comprehensive content strategies tailored to the specific needs and goals of our AI Training GTM strategy.
  • Create and manage a diverse range of content that supports all stages of our funnel, including long-form articles, whitepapers, case studies, blogs, social media posts, ads, emails, newsletters, and more.
  • Build feedback loops between the content you produce, the audiences it reaches, and product marketing efforts to increase our GTM effectiveness.
  • Hold a high-bar for quality, engaging, and effective written content that resonates with the target audience and drives action.
  • Optimize content for SEO to enhance visibility and drive organic traffic.
  • Conduct primary and secondary research to inform content creation and stay up-to-date with industry trends.
  • Collaborate with content producers/designers to create multimedia content, including videos, infographics, and interactive content.
  • Partner with media publications to produce co-branded content that enhances brand credibility and reach.
  • Act as a liaison between sales and marketing teams to ensure content supports sales enablement and lead generation efforts.
  • Repurpose the content produced for lead nurture programs to support our brand awareness and lead conversion goals.

What We Need

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in content marketing or copywriting, preferably within a marketing or advertising agency.
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with the ability to write in various tones and styles, and synthesize technical information to align with executive audiences.
  • Strong understanding of SEO principles and experience with keyword research.
  • Strong research skills and the ability to conduct primary and secondary research to create compelling content.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Multimedia skills (video, graphic design, etc.) are a major plus, though not a requirement for this role.

Compensation:

  • Base: $100,000
  • Base + Bonus Target: $120,000
  • This role is eligible to participate in Invisible’s equity plan.
