This is a sales support role focusing on various customer campaigns on business need. Will be in a fast paced, high volume environment, mainly doing outbound calls in a scripted setting. Campaigns will vary and change from time to time.

This is a sales support role focusing on various customer campaigns on business need. Will be in a fast paced, high volume environment, mainly doing outbound calls in a scripted setting. Campaigns will vary and change from time to time.

- The Customer Service Rep handles customer service inquiries and problems.
- Making outbound calls through our dialer on specific campaigns - upwards of 50+ calls daily
- Receiving inbound customer calls. Identify what are the customer’s needs and then route them to the appropriate department.

Additional Skills & Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required
- 1-2+ years of outbound customer service or call center experience required
- Outbound dialing experience is highly preferred (ability to handle rejection).
- Mortgage, Banking, Financial industry experience preferred (not required)
- Telemarketing, Collections, Timeshare, Cold calling phone sales preferred experience
- Able to handle a fast paced environment and able to multi-task.
