- Build strong relationships with team members, business partners, customers, and stakeholders
- Proven ability to deliver quality customer service with attention to detail and sound decision-making
- Regular and predictable attendance, adhering to scheduled shifts and breaks
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- High-speed internet connection (50 megabits per second required; 150 megabits per second recommended)
- Commitment to promoting diversity and inclusion within the workplace
- 1-2 years of experience with annuity processing and product knowledge, including IRS requirements and inherited annuity experience
