About the Team:

The team is a cross-functional global community of dedicated ZF digital transformation agents & process experts. You will be part of the project team that is charged with template development, implementation & continuous improvement for our transformation into SAP S/4 HANA ERP.

Our cross-functional team includes members from supply chain management (SAP EWM), finance (accounting, controlling, tax), R&D, HR, sales, quality, and production operations.

What you can look forward to:

• S

  upports the ZF ERP Template implementation of all project related design activities within a region with specific regional requirements or local requirements with focus on Quality and main interfaces to Production and Logistics

• I

  dentifying gaps between existing functionalities of the ZF ERP Template and requirements of a specific ZF site and creating ideas how to close them

• P

  roviding input to the Process Management Organization and the SAP Build and Configuration team regarding deviations from standard processes

• T

  aking on the role of a sub-project manager for the relevant process domain in order to actively ensure the defined (sub)project goals

• C

  reation of expert networks within the dedicated region

• T

  raining Key-Users at the ZF site

• C

  onducting test preparation and execution with the Key-Users at the site

• G

  uiding Key-Users in data cleansing, mapping, enriching and validation task

• E

  nsuring proper hand-over to business, support after GoLive of SAP ERP template

• A

  cting as primary contact for Key-Users regarding project related questions

Your profile:

• E

  xperience of Quality process and tools in automotive or industrial business

• F

  unctional SAP experience incl. the interdependencies between processes and their related SAP modules

• S

  olid experience in large SAP programs and projects and IT/technical background

• A

  ble to analyze and solve issues with a solution-oriented approach

• E

  mpathic and cultural open to work with Key-Users and project members from different countries

• R

  esilient and able to work under pressure to reach project goals

• W

  illingness to travel to different ZF sites within the region and worldwide

• F

  luent English language skills
