Role Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated, German-speaking Founder Associate to lead the establishment of our business operations in Germany. This role offers rapid career progression, with the potential to advance quickly to a Country Lead position.

We are looking for someone who will be based in either Berlin or Leipzig and will work remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and Drive: Build the ecosystem necessary to establish our production capabilities in Germany.
• Network and Expand: Establish and maintain relationships with EPC contractors, suppliers, and clients, particularly within the electrical utilities sector.
• Lead and Contribute: Manage and prepare subsidy/grant applications, maintain relationships with local institutions, and serve as Ore Energy’s ambassador in Germany.

Qualifications

• Educational Background: Master’s degree in business or engineering; an MBA is highly desirable.
• Language Skills: Native or bilingual proficiency in German (mandatory) and fluent in English.
• Experience: At least 2 years of experience at a top-tier strategic consulting firm (e.g., McKinsey, BCG, Bain). Experience and networks in manufacturing, chemistry, or metallurgy are a plus.
• Skillset: Exceptional strategic planning, communication, and networking abilities.
