The Role

Join our team as an Inhouse Consultant to support our internal team and customers on functional issues related to our software. With commitment and ambition you will have a direct impact on our performance.

What you'll do

  • After your onboarding, you advise our customers on financial topics about our software
  • You give 1st and 2nd line support to our customers, partners and colleagues regarding questions and problems about everything related to the Lucanet software
  • Provide great customer service to our customers via email or phone
  • Identify and resolve customer concerns
  • Collaborate with other consultants to provide solutions within the specified timeframe


What you bring to the table

  • You are nearing or have already completed your Bachelor's or Master's studies in computer science or business administration
  • Familiar with databases and SQL
  • Preferably good knowledge of business administration. Especially accounting is a plus
  • High affinity for software and IT-related topics
  • Commitment and proactive communication come naturally to you in your work
  • Very good communication skills in French and English. Preferably also Dutch knowledge.
