About The Role

We are seeking a talented and driven recruiter to join our team on a part-time basis. As a recruiter, you will be responsible for filling specific positions within our organization, working closely with hiring managers to identify and attract the best candidates for each role. Responsibilities

  • Source, screen, and interview candidates for assigned positions
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to develop job descriptions and candidate profiles
  • Utilize various recruiting channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks to identify top talent
  • Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit
  • Provide regular updates to hiring managers on the status of open positions and candidate pipelines
  • Negotiate job offers and assist with the on-boarding process for new hires
  • Maintain accurate records of recruiting activities and candidate information

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a recruiter or in a similar role for top high growth companies and organizations
  • Strong understanding of various recruiting methods and channels
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with hiring managers and candidates
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and other recruiting tools
  • Passion for identifying and attracting top talent to drive company success

Compensation

  • $60-80/hour. Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
