We're seeking a dynamic Lead of Talent Acquisition to take full ownership of our growing TA function. This role is perfect for someone with strategic talent acquisition experience, eager to elevate their impact and drive high-level recruitment strategies. You’ll be responsible for developing these strategies, ensuring our team meets its goals while fostering performance and innovation. You will have the chance to unlock your potential while covering:



Recruitment Strategy & Execution:

- Oversee end-to-end recruitment process for both business and IT roles, including high-level and niche positions (might also drive processes for specific roles).

- Design and implement scalable recruitment strategies and processes, adapting them as the company grows and priorities shift.

- Manage talent pipelines, hiring plans, and internal communication flows to ensure alignment with business objectives.

- Propose creative, out-of-the-box solutions to overcome recruitment challenges, particularly under tight deadlines.

- Oversee recruitment across multiple markets in EMEA, adapting strategies to meet the unique challenges of each region.

- Stay updated on market trends and adjust recruitment approaches to remain competitive in talent acquisition.


Team Leadership & Development:

- Lead, mentor, and develop a TA team of 5, with potential for scaling.

- Address specific skill gaps within the team, encouraging continuous learning and professional development.

- Implement performance management systems, including setting goals and restructuring the team as needed.


Stakeholder Management:

- Collaborate closely with department VPs and Heads, both first-time hiring managers, and senior leadership to understand hiring needs and educate them on best practices.

- Actively listen to and address the needs of various stakeholders, providing strategic advice and solutions to hiring challenges.

- Build strong relationships with external recruitment agencies across EMEA, leveraging their networks to support hiring efforts.


Project Management:

- Lead and manage various cross-functional internal and external projects (not limited to recruitment), from identifying issues to designing and implementing solutions.

- Ensure that all recruitment initiatives are aligned with the company's strategic goals and are executed within set timelines.


Process Optimization & Data Analysis:

- Utilize analytical skills to identify bottlenecks in the recruitment process and implement effective solutions promptly.

- Ensure the effective use of recruitment platforms, applicant tracking systems, and sourcing techniques to optimize candidate sourcing and management.

- Embrace new tools, processes, and methodologies as needed to stay ahead in a competitive talent market.



What we expect from you:


Experience:

- Hands-on recruitment for both business and IT roles, including senior positions.

- Proven track record in leading and scaling TA teams (10+ members).

- Extensive experience in fast-paced, multinational scale-up environments (fintech/web3 experience is a plus) operating across EMEA markets.

- Expertise in designing and optimizing recruitment processes (eg. hiring plans, talent pipelines).

- Skilled in stakeholder management, including educating first-time hiring managers.

- Experience working with and managing relationships with specialized recruitment agencies.


Skills:

- Strong project management abilities, with experience leading end-to-end recruitment projects.

- Performance management skills, including setting and achieving key recruitment metrics.

- Mentoring experience, with a focus on developing team members and promoting continuous improvement.

- Analytical mindset for identifying and resolving bottlenecks in recruitment processes.

- Expertise in recruitment platforms, sourcing techniques, and applicant tracking systems.

- Familiarity with Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence).
