Job Description

• To understand Requirements and Specifications of Job Profiles
• Search relevant resumes from existing Database, Job Portals, Professional and Social networking sites
• Preliminary Screening & Selecting of candidates through telephonic conversation.
• Scheduling and coordinating with the shortlisted candidates for interviews
• Ability to Co-ordinate with clients during the #Recruitment & Selection process.
• Follow up with the Candidates till joining
