Job Description: "Seeking a highly skilled and experienced Insurance Business Analyst specializing in Guidewire digital portals to join our dynamic team.
Requirements
" Minimum 7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in the Insurance industry
" Proven implementation experience in COTS (Commercial off-the-shelf) products such as Guidewire, Duckcreek etc.
" Proficiency in analyzing business requirements, designing solutions, and implementing Guidewire Digital portal solutions
" Strong understanding of insurance business processes and domain knowledge
" Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
" Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative, agile environment
" Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements related to Guidewire Digital portal implementations
" Develop detailed functional specifications, user stories and acceptance criteria for portal features and functionalities
" Conduct workshops, meetings, and presentations to communicate solutions and gather feedback from stakeholders
" Provide support for existing digital implementations, including troubleshooting issues and implementing enhancements
" Stay up to date on industry trends, best practices and emerging technologies related to Guidewire digital portals and insurance domain
