- Provide accurate information regarding Washington State resources for substance use disorder, mental health, and problem gambling
- Maintain professionalism while consulting with professionals and non-professionals
- Complete timely follow-up calls to ensure callers are connected with the necessary resources
- Participate in program meetings and training courses as directed
- Preferred Bachelor of Arts in social or human sciences or two years of experience in addiction treatment settings
- Experience working in a call center or conducting telephone assessments
- Ability to work effectively with a team in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Must have a private and confidential location to perform duties
- Substance Use Disorder Professional or Trainee certification is a plus
- High level of attention to detail and proficiency with communication technology
- Experience providing peer support and motivating staff
