- Investigate and resolve member inquiries promptly or escalate to the appropriate team member
- Adhere to Prime's standard operating procedures and HIPAA training guidelines
- Participate in a 6 to 8 week training class
- Perform other duties as assigned
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience
- Must be eligible to work in the United States without needing a work visa or residency sponsorship
- Ability to work a flexible schedule that includes evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must have a dedicated home workspace that is quiet and free from interruptions
- Call center experience, particularly in the healthcare industry
- Experience working from home (remote)
- Fluency in Spanish
- Strong PC skills with the ability to navigate multiple software systems simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on professionalism and empathy
