- Investigate and resolve member inquiries in a timely manner or escalate as necessary
- Adhere to Prime’s standard operating procedures and HIPAA training guidelines
- Participate in a 6 to 8 week training class
- Perform other duties as assigned
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience
- Must be eligible to work in the United States without the need for work visa or residency sponsorship
- Dedicated, secure high-speed internet connection (no wireless or 5G)
- Ability to maintain a quiet and private home workspace
- Previous call center experience
- Experience in a healthcare-related call center
- Remote work experience
- Fluency in Spanish
