- Minimum of 6 months of customer service experience preferred
- Must be over 18 years of age
- High School Graduate or GED required
- Ability to type at least 25 words per minute
- Proven oral and written communication skills
- Experience in a virtual team environment
- Strong logical problem-solving skills
- Comfort with navigating Windows operating systems
- Excellent organization and work prioritization skills
