- Serve as the first point of contact for customers regarding service issues, requests, and account information
- Communicate directly with customers to research questions and resolve issues
- Gather and enter relevant information to ensure prompt resolution of customer inquiries
- Educate clients and advisors on new services and facilitate efficient self-service
- Refer complex issues to appropriate service partners for further assistance
- Demonstrated experience providing customer-focused solutions or support
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Must pass the state's Property & Casualty Insurance license exam within 12 months
- Availability to work shifts covering hours of operation from 8 am ET to 11 pm ET, including every third Saturday
- Experience in the insurance industry or related customer service roles
- Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving customer issues
- Familiarity with company or product policies and systems
