- Serve as the first contact for customers, addressing service issues, requests, and account information
- Research questions and resolve higher-level problems over the phone
- Gather and enter relevant information to ensure prompt resolution of customer inquiries
- Educate clients and advisors on newly enacted services to facilitate self-service
- Troubleshoot usability issues and refer complex problems to appropriate service partners
- Experience providing customer-focused solutions or support
- Strong written and spoken communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Must pass state’s Property & Casualty Insurance license exam within 12 months
- Availability to work shifts covering hours from 8 am ET to 11 pm ET, including every third Saturday
- Previous experience in a customer service role within the insurance industry
- Familiarity with company or product policies and systems
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to conflict resolution
