What You'll Be Doing
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, Data Scientists, and other colleagues in a cross-functional, distributed team
- Together, you will actively define customer and business problems
- Collaborate with other designers to ensure quality, consistency to level up our platform
- Conduct user research, feed our research repository, and share insights that will drive product development
- Run different types of workshops to foster ideation, problem
- Finding/solving or to map user journeys
- Manage communication across various stakeholders, from sales to customer success and client experience
- Design end-to-end flows and prototypes, ensuring products solve problems in a simple and elegant way while paying attention to detail
- Iterate on designs, implement them with the technical team, and present the final solutions during design reviews
- Clear communication in English as it’s our working language
- 3+ years of experience in product design; SaaS experience is preferred
- A portfolio featuring examples of product design work
- Strong knowledge of design fundamentals including accessibility
- The ability to take ownership of the design process and work as a self-directed member of the development team
- A clean visual design sense
- A passion for solving problems and being challenged
- A commitment to constant learning and personal growth, both individually and with the team
- Proficiency in Figma and Miro
- Ability to utilize our design system and contribute to its growth
- Experience in data visualization
- Experience in Digital coaching, high growth SaaS/, and/or Mental
- Health/Ed tech industries
- Fluency or proficiency in any other language
