Business Development Manager
Location: South Africa - Remote
An online animal health care service is looking for an ambitious salesperson with strong B2B experience to generate sponsorship revenue across several business areas. This is already a well-established part of the business, with strong links with potential clients - the successful candidate will be growing existing accounts and building new relationships from the ground up.
This is a 360 role, which means the candidate will be sourcing their own leads, taking them through to negotiation, then doing some minor account management / post-sales activity. They will be working closely with the Managing Director who has an extensive network in the industry and lots of experience in this area, supporting them throughout their tenure.
This is a remote role that can be done from home, although some international travel may be a possibility.

Requirements & Skills:
Must be a driven sales professional with a strong track record of generating revenue
Must be able to manage their workload effectively
Must have good communication skills (both written and spoken)
Ideally should have experience with advertising/sponsorship sales
BenefitsGreat salary (R18 000 - R24 000 P/ month)
Commission that could equate to 50% of your monthly salary
