Job Description
- Conduct comprehensive research on organisational design trends and innovations against local, regional and international benchmarks
- Analyse data and generate actionable recommendations to optimise organisational structures
- Develop and maintain a repository of research findings, case studies and knowledge assets
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to share insights and foster knowledge sharing
- Utilise advanced analytics to support evidence-based decision-making
- Support the development and implementation of the function's strategy and objectives
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Business Administration, or a related field
- Extensive experience in conducting research and analysis within organisational design
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to translate and present complex research findings into clear and actionable recommendations
- Proficiency in English and Arabic. UAE nationals are strongly encouraged to apply
