What We Are Looking For

Tealium is seeking a passionate, motivated, and high-performing Strategic Account Executive with a proven track record in selling data-driven SaaS technology. The ideal candidate consistently meets and exceeds quotas, thrives on success, and is dedicated to achieving goals through strategic and aggressive prospecting. This includes building and maintaining a pipeline that is 4X the quota and effectively navigating organizations to reach key decision-makers.

The ideal candidate will be located in the Melbourne, Australia area.

YOUR DAY TO DAY

  • Qualify, build, and manage a robust sales pipeline, working with up to 100 accounts within your assigned territory. Maintain a high level of activity through outbound calls, emails, and social selling, with a focus on generating new business from both existing customers and new prospects
  • Build strong relationships with customers and prospects by delivering engaging web and in-person sales presentations that showcase deep product knowledge and industry best practices.
  • Strategically target your territory to close new business, leveraging support staff and providing direction and guidance to your sales prospecting team.
  • Maintain a high level of proficiency in all products, including understanding the target buyer, product positioning, key benefits, and features. Develop the skills to effectively communicate these benefits to customers. Gain a deep understanding of our products to identify and articulate compelling use cases within target accounts.
  • Ensure complete satisfaction for all prospective customers.

What You Bring To Tealium

  • 5+ years of full-cycle sales experience in a digital marketing or big data/analytics SaaS environment.
  • Proven success in penetrating new markets and closing new business
  • Technically adept, self-motivated, and driven by results
  • Ability to accurately forecast based upon realistic opportunity assessment
  • Martech experience is preferred
