Homeoffice Product Manager (Consumer Health), Baltic States, Orion Corporation

We are currently looking to hire a Product Manager who will be responsible for Orion Pharma's Consumer Health portfolio within Baltic countries: Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania.

Description Of Role

As the Product Manager, you will be responsible for marketing and commercial activities for Orion's Consumer Health portfolio within Baltic States and as a part of the Generic Sales and Consumer Health Finland and Baltics organization.

The key areas of responsibilities are the following:

• Plan, implement and monitor marketing and commercial activities of your own product portfolio, as well as the development of product portfolio taking into account market needs
• Analyze changes in the market, identify customer needs and increase customer understanding of your product area of responsibility
• Implementation of the customer-oriented marketing strategy
• Build, develop and manage the brands of product area of responsibility
• Master traditional and digital marketing communications
• Plan campaigns and sales measures in close cooperation with the sales team
• Responsible for marketing materials preparation
• Train and guide the sales field on products under responsibility
• Plan and implement training events for customers (according the needed)
• Establish and maintain key contacts with different medical and scientific organisations, medical industry, pharmaceutical distributors and wholesalers, pharmacies and hospitals and other organizations, which are important in respect promotion of Orion Consumer Health products.
  
  
  

You will be reporting directly to Baltic States Manager and will be based in Vilnius, Lithuania.

Requirements

To succeed in the Product Manager (Consumer Health) role, you possess the following:

• Knowledge and experience of the consumer health and/or pharmaceutical industry
• Higher university degree (pharmaceutical/medicine/natural science/commercial or in a relevant field)
• Analytical skills and understand cause-and-effect relationships
• Negotiation skills
• Evidence and experience in the marketing of pharmaceuticals/consumer health products
• Fluent English language skills (written and verbal)

You communicate naturally with different stakeholders, and you don't shy away from appearing in different situations. You have a strong desire to get things done and enjoy working together. You also have a strong desire to develop the product range for which you are responsible and carry ideas through to implementation. Customer orientation guides your activities, you monitor your surroundings and listen to the customer. Previous experience in consumer health and/or pharmaceutical sales position is an advantage.
