We are currently looking for a German-speaking Junior KAM/Project Manager (all genders) based in Berlin or remote.


Your mission with us:

The Junior KAM/Project Manager is responsible for supporting and managing our international online and offline language programs where we help dedicated groups of students to pass their language exams in order to be able to start their career in Germany.


Your tasks:

  • Independently managing smaller projects on your own or taking ownership for parts of larger scale projects e.g. in Brazil or Colombia
  • Close collaboration and effective communication with partners and stakeholders
  • Regular reporting on project progress to internal and external stakeholders
  • Providing solutions on current challenges and processes and support in implementing them
  • Coming up with ideas to further improve our student experience and implement them with the help of the team
  • Coordinating language exams in the countries of origin


You bring to Lingoda:

  • First experience in project management or a similar field is of advantage
  • Structured approach and the ability to manage multiple ongoing projects while organising your own time
  • Excellent communication
  • Openness to complexity and problem-solving skills
  • Hands-on work mentality
  • You are open to feedback to consistently improve the quality of work and your skill set
  • You are proactive and take ownership of tasks and your own development
  • English language skills (C1) and German language skills (C1)
  • University degree in business, education, or a similar field
