Homeoffice Senior Software Engineer, Frontend - Robotic Process Automation with verification

What You’ll Be Doing:

• You will be part of a new team in the company, building our Robotic Process Automation (RPA) capabilities from the ground up.
• Together with your team, you will build capabilities that will allow Camunda users to easily use RPA as part of their process orchestration projects.
• You will build and maintain the modeling tools which will allow our users to design and configure their RPA automations.
• You work with people in different roles (e.g., Product Management, Design, fellow Engineers) contributing your ideas and experience to shape Camundas RPA roadmap and product offering.
• You are responsible for releasing working software every month and making sure it is usable for all users.
  
  

What You Bring:

• Ability and/or willingness to use .
• 5+ years of experience in software development, including code writing, reviewing, testing, and refactoring.
• Understanding of web development and proficiency in programming with JavaScript.
• Ability to design, and communicate solution architectures which ensure long-term, and easy maintainability of your software deliverables
• An interest in user-centered design and the web platform. We build modeling tools people love.
• A pragmatic approach to getting things done.
• The ability to take others along (i.e. active participation in decisions and knowledge sharing).
• You thrive in taking ownership of the codebase, as well as how you deploy and operate software.
• You are comfortable with the “you build it, you run it” mindset.
  
  

Nice-to-haves:

• Understanding of web development and proficiency in programming with React
• Experience with Robotic Process Automation (RPA)
• Past experience in or strong motivation to learn Python
• Experience with working with GitHub, CI/CD systems
• Experience with using or building Process Automation software (e.g., Camunda or similar)
• Able to work asynchronously
• Experience working remotely

Compensation

For external hires, we consider the skills and experience of the incoming candidate, but typically place candidates in the first half of the range to ensure ample room for growth over the entire lifecycle of the role.

Below is the annual Total Target Cash Compensation (Total Cash) range for Camundi located in one of our entities. Total Cash refers to base salary and 100% attainment of variable target, where applicable. Actual Total Cash offered will depend on factors such as skills and qualifications related to the role. To comprise the Total Rewards package, Camunda also offers equity (where applicable) in the form of a Virtual Employee Stock Option Plan and benefits based on the country of residence.

The annual Total Cash range for this position for Camundi in our entities is as follows:

• United States: $126,800.00 to $190,100.00
• Germany: €84,300.00 to €126,500.00
• United Kingdom: £82,200.00 to £123,200.00
• Singapore: S$157,400.00 to S$236,100.00
