We are seeking a SAP SuccessFactors Tester to join our team and support our projects in the financial services sector.
As a SAP SuccessFactors Tester, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our SAP SuccessFactors solutions are delivered with the highest quality. You will be responsible for testing various modules of SAP SuccessFactors, ensuring they meet the specified requirements and function correctly within the financial services product.

We are seeking a SAP SuccessFactors Tester to join our team and support our projects in the financial services sector.
As a SAP SuccessFactors Tester, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our SAP SuccessFactors solutions are delivered with the highest quality. You will be responsible for testing various modules of SAP SuccessFactors, ensuring they meet the specified requirements and function correctly within the financial services product.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute test plans for SAP SuccessFactors modules, ensuring comprehensive coverage of all functional areas.
- Conduct thorough testing to verify the functionality, integration, and performance of SAP SuccessFactors solutions.
- Identify and document defects, working closely with the development team to ensure timely resolution.
- Contribute to test automation efforts to increase efficiency and consistency in testing processes.
- Ensure that all solutions meet business requirements and comply with industry standards.
- Proven experience in testing SAP SuccessFactors modules.
- Strong understanding of SAP SuccessFactors, including key modules such as Employee Central, Performance & Goals, and Compensation.
- Proficiency in using testing tools and frameworks related to SAP SuccessFactors.
