Now we are looking for a Knowledge Base Manager to create and manage documentation in Confluence and keep team spaces organized. This role is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless knowledge sharing and organizational efficiency within our company.
What You Will Be Doing:
- Create and maintain comprehensive internal documentation in Confluence for various products and processes.
- Organize and manage team spaces within Confluence to facilitate easy access to information and resources.
- Conduct regular audits of documentation and team spaces to identify and address gaps or outdated information.
- Develop and implement standards and best practices for documentation and knowledge management to streamline the documentation process
- Provide training and support to team members on using Confluence effectively.
- Assist in the integration of new tools or processes that enhance documentation and knowledge management.
About You:
- Previous experience in documentation, knowledge management, or a similar role.
- Proficient in using Confluence or other documentation management tools.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent English, both written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
