Sumsub has over 2,500 clients across the fintech, crypto, transportation, trading and gaming industries including Mercuryo, Bybit, Huobi, Unlimint, DiDi, Poppy and TransferGo.

Now we are looking for a Knowledge Base Manager to create and manage documentation in Confluence and keep team spaces organized. This role is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless knowledge sharing and organizational efficiency within our company.


What You Will Be Doing:

  • Create and maintain comprehensive internal documentation in Confluence for various products and processes.
  • Organize and manage team spaces within Confluence to facilitate easy access to information and resources.
  • Conduct regular audits of documentation and team spaces to identify and address gaps or outdated information.
  • Develop and implement standards and best practices for documentation and knowledge management to streamline the documentation process
  • Provide training and support to team members on using Confluence effectively.
  • Assist in the integration of new tools or processes that enhance documentation and knowledge management.


About You:

  • Previous experience in documentation, knowledge management, or a similar role.
  • Proficient in using Confluence or other documentation management tools.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent English, both written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
