- Serve as the primary partner for a cohort of approximately 75 legal professionals, ensuring a high-quality experience for both talent and clients
- Manage the lifecycle of legal professionals from hire through retire, maintaining engagement and satisfaction
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition and Sales teams to identify and match legal talent with client opportunities
- Conduct regular check-ins with legal professionals to assess engagement levels and retention strategies
- Meet key success metrics including retention, utilization, win rates, and conversion rates
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a professional services firm, law firm, recruitment agency, or corporate in-house environment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to assess candidate skills and match them to client opportunities effectively
- Highly organized with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Legally eligible to work in the country where the position is located
- Previous legal experience or agency recruitment experience
- Proven track record of providing high-quality experiences for talent
- Experience in managing client expectations and delivering results
- Ability to engage with senior-level legal professionals and clients confidently
- Strong critical thinking and creative problem-solving skills
