### Requirements
No previous experience or startup ideas needed. Applicants undergo a discernment process called Intensive Foundation Design (IFD) before being considered for investment. This involves deep discourse and reflection on your personal background, tying it back to critical career decisions and shaping your future business.
### Process
We invest in your new company at a Pre-Seed Round starting at AUD 50,000. Our Founders receive extensive support and access to Reapra Co-learning Communities, fostering the creation of profitable, financially sustainable businesses that address real, long-term systemic problems.

- Participants: You, 1 Reapra Supporter, and additional Reapra members as needed.
- Duration: Approximately 3 months or more, depending on progress.
- Time Commitment: 1-2 hours per week, in person or online.
