As part of our continued expansion, we are seeking applicants for the position of People and Culture Lead to join our team in Australia. Internally this role is known as Senior HR Business Partner.

The People and Culture Lead will be responsible in leading the end-to-end strategic HR Plan across Australia.



Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Provide overall leadership and guidance overseeing engagement, talent, career development, succession planning, retention and leadership development.
  • Implementation of established goals and objectives across the clinical and HR Team to continually optimise and deliver in line with these objectives.
  • Executing the people strategy by working in partnership with the Managing Director and Regional Directors on the key people priorities to build and deliver solutions to establish the delivery of HR People Plans across each state.
  • Coaching and developing the leadership team across operations to drive engagement and improvements, building high-performance teams, talent, succession planning and leadership development and drive strategic people plans.
  • Lead on Strategic HR Projects and support the implementation of any new systems and processes and data analytics to support change and drive our people data and metrics through a HR standard of Service and delivery to support business operations.
  • Create and contribute to long-term goals for all aspects of HR accountabilities including wellbeing, HR polices, compliance and governance and driving the mind-set and role model of Diversity, Inclusion and Equity.
  • Develop Senior Stakeholders to implement talent management strategies including succession planning, performance management and career development across the business areas.
  • Coach, support and challenge senior stakeholders and business leaders to drive engagement and strategies to drive engagement to include leadership and effective communication which are alignment to business and HR Priorities.



Key Skills Required:

  • Demonstratable experience of operating at Senior HR Business Partner level leading HR strategies and connecting this with the overall business strategy to people and operations plans.
  • Significant experience in a strategic HR position with excellence in influencing stakeholders and shaping strategies, challenging perceptions and supporting this with a people agenda to add value and buy in.
  • Strong Business Acumen, pragmatism & commercial mind set with experience analysing data and metrics.
  • Significant experience of leading transformational change and developing and delivering against HR strategies that enable business performance
  • Experience leading HR Programmes and initiatives including talent management and employee engagement
  • Experience of working in cross- functional leadership teams including leading and managing HR Business Partnering teams to deliver against a broad HR Agenda
