What will you be doing?

You will oversee client requests, development and delivery of projects, and ongoing maintenance of large data extract deliverables within CPG/retail/healthcare industries.

While this role will be primarily focused on the Australia and New Zealand market, you will also be engaged in EMEA and North American solutions.

Job Responsibilities

  • Develops project plans for new projects, as well as managing existing client deliverables and ensuring project management best practice
  • Works closely with the Engineering team (on and offshore) to advise of extract specifications and deliverables
  • Plans, organises and coordinates projects, ensuring that they are completed within the agreed timeline and cost
  • Advise Client Service, CPG, and external client teams on extract best practice
  • Effectively set expectations and guide the client through the extract delivery process, including helping them to design the right specifications
  • Manage monthly deliverables for extracts and offline reporting, and conducting weekly and monthly quality checks by comparing against client specifications/prior reports
  • Manage all client change requests including any restatements as required, ensuring that all stakeholders understand the change process and timing
  • Ensure client satisfaction, making sure that commitments are followed through, and all client needs are met
  • Reviews and updates client training documentation
  • Undertake extract quality checks

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a similar role, within the CPG industry
  • Project management experience (2+ years)
  • Strong attention to detail and time-management, with the ability to manage multiple clients, projects, and changing timelines
  • Effective communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Ability to influence and manage expectations of internal and external stakeholders
  • Capability to build and maintain strong relationships globally, in person and virtually
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to come up with creative solutions
  • Consultative client approach
  • Team player and collaborative mindset

The salary for this role is $85-90k.
