Duties & Responsibilities:
- Identify, qualify and onboard new VAR and MSP partners.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with VARs and MSPs to drive sales growth and achieve revenue targets.
- Collaborate with VARs and MSPs to identify market opportunities, create joint business plans, and implement effective sales strategies.
- Daily prospecting using defined opportunity identification techniques.
- Partner with our experienced Technical and Senior leadership mentors to help fill your pipeline and develop your skills.
- Respond to and qualify incoming web and phone inquiries regarding Zadara.
- Utilize outbound sales efforts (outbound telesales and email) to turn incoming leads into opportunities and new customers.
- Maintain active engagement with new and existing leads through creative follow-up communications designed to increase customer interest in Zadara Storage technology.
- Utilize Salesforce to contact prospects and customers, track ongoing activity and report weekly status to the management team.
- Create a great first impression to our prospects and customers by providing them with a world-class experience.
- Must reside in Germany and be fluent in German.
- 3+ years of corporate sales experience in “Hunter/Acquisition” roles (Cloud services experience preferred).
- Formal sales training, ideally a recognized sales methodology.
- Ability to prospect, qualify and close business, orchestrating a virtual team as needed.
- Extensive knowledge, experience with Salesforce.
- Strong experience in technology sales, particularly to Managed Services Providers across the DACH market.
- Proven track record of surpassing your sales quota.
- Excellent written/verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Self-motivated, focused, and positive with a “hunter” attitude.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Willingness to travel to tradeshows and clients as required.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field experience.
