Remote Senior Software Engineer, Full Stack - Identity with verification

This Senior Engineering role will be part of Camunda’s Identity team. You’ll work with the engineers within your team, as well as enable and partner with engineers on other teams. You’ll have the ability to drive technical and process changes within the product and help us guide the future of identity and authorization within Camunda.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Focus on building and evolving identity, authentication, and permission solutions for the Camunda platform.
• Work as part of a team, including reviewing code, helping review incidents, and fixing CVEs as applicable
• Design/architect solutions for identity and authentication stories/epics
  
  

What You Bring:

• Ability and/or willingness to use our product
• Experience working with Java
• Experience researching and implementing solutions and taking ownership of stories or epics
• Experience shipping code that is intended to run at scale
• You thrive in taking ownership of the codebase, as well as how you deploy and operate software. You are comfortable with the “you build it, you run it” mindset.

• Experience with GCP, AWS, and/or Azure
• Experience developing novel solutions for identity and authentication
• Experience doing peer reviews of code

Compensation

For external hires, we consider the skills and experience of the incoming candidate, but typically place candidates in the first half of the range to ensure ample room for growth over the entire lifecycle of the role.

Below is the annual Total Target Cash Compensation (Total Cash) range for Camundi located in one of our entities. Total Cash refers to base salary and 100% attainment of variable target, where applicable. Actual Total Cash offered will depend on factors such as skills and qualifications related to the role. To comprise the Total Rewards package, Camunda also offers equity (where applicable) in the form of a Virtual Employee Stock Option Plan and benefits based on the country of residence.

The annual Total Cash range for this position for Camundi in our entities is as follows:

• United States: $126,800.00 to $190,100.00
• Germany: €84,300.00 to €126,500.00
• United Kingdom: £82,200.00 to £123,200.00
• Singapore: S$157,400.00 to S$236,100.00
