About the role ????
Moralis is looking for a creative and strategic Product Marketing Manager to lead our product marketing efforts. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing product marketing strategies to drive the adoption and success of our products. A key focus of this role is creating compelling and informative value-based content for our product & solution propositions, and product launches to drive significant product adoption.
Product Messaging and Positioning
- Develop clear and compelling messaging and positioning for Moralis products and solutions.
- Ensure consistent messaging across all marketing channels.
New Product Introductions
- Plan and execute product launch strategies, including timelines, deliverables, and go-to-market campaigns.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate product launches effectively.
Content Creation
- Create engaging and informative (video) content for Moralis products and solutions, including tutorials and promotional materials.
- Work closely with the content team to develop scripts and storyboards for videos.
External Communication
- Be the voice of Moralis products externally, representing our brand in webinars, conferences, and other (online) events.
- Engage with the developer and product manager communities through various channels to promote Moralis products.
Market Research
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs, competitive landscape, and industry trends.
- Establish clear USPs on a company, product, and solution level.
- Use insights to inform product marketing strategies and product development decisions.
- Translate your market research into effective campaigns to drive engagement with our products.
Collaboration
- Collaborate closely with product managers, sales teams, and developers to ensure alignment on product positioning and messaging.
- Work with the marketing team to integrate product marketing initiatives into broader marketing campaigns.
- Identify relevant campaigns to drive product adoption.
About you and Key Qualifications ?♂️?♀️
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- Proven experience (2-5 years) in product marketing within the tech industry, preferably in web3 / blockchain and B2B SaaS.
- Extensive experience establishing compelling value propositions, including product & solution positioning, ICPs, target audiences, and value messaging.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating successful product launches and impactful video content creation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinker with the ability to translate technical concepts into easy-to-understand content.
- Experience with marketing automation tools, analytics platforms, and video editing software is a plus
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with a global and remote team.
