Role Overview: In this role, you'll be the IT backbone, managing servers, networks, and user access across collaboration tools, while safeguarding the company's digital assets through security protocols and troubleshooting user issues, all while keeping IT systems meticulously documented.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and secure the company's network infrastructure.
• Monitor network health, troubleshoot connectivity issues, and implement security measures (firewalls, VPN) to prevent unauthorized access.
• Manage and support servers for high availability and reliabiity.
• Implement and maintain backup procedures for critical systems to ensure quick recovery.
• Provide technical support to end-users, resolving hardware and software issues.
• Manage software installations, updates, and patches across various systems.
• Develop and enforce security policies, stay informed about cybersecurity threats, and proactively address potential risks.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls while providing technical support for hardware and software issues.
• Conduct training sessions to improve staff IT proficiency and collaborate with leadership to develop and implement the company's IT strategy.
• Evaluate, maintain and recommend new technologies (including Atlassian - Jira & Confluence) to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Plan and manage IT projects within budget, and work with vendors to procure IT services and manage vendor relationships/agreements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology will be considered as an advantage
• Minimum of 5 years experience within a similar role.
• Previous experience collaborating with Linux, Cloud Platforms and Atlassian products.
• Strong technical background with an understanding of current technology trends and best security practices.
• Familiarity with the Igaming industry.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Proven experience in fostering a collaborative and inclusive work environment.
