Assistant Category Operations Supply Chain (m/w/d) - Maternity Cover - 12-month Contract

Location: Munich, Germany; Berlin, Germany; London, England; remote, Germany; remote, Italy; remote, Spain; remote, France

Your responsibilities

• You support the buyer and operations in order preparation with reports and analyses for order processing.
• You check the supplier's order data for completeness and quality.
• You coordinate communication between the buyer and the supplier regarding quality issues with the order data and agree on delivery dates.
• You process and record orders in coordination with the buyer in our inventory management system.
• Invoice verification and approval of supplier invoices.
• SAP knowledge is an advantage.
  
  
  

Your Qualification

• You have successfully completed commercial training and have professional experience in the textile/fashion industry.
• You are characterized by your high team spirit and commitment.
• You work conscientiously and results-oriented.
• You are proficient in handling inventory management systems (SAP, Jira, etc.) and MS Office, especially Excel.
• You enjoy working with data, analyses, and processes.
• Your English skills are good in both spoken and written form.
