Who you can become with us…


You will gain insights into the Google Cloud & Google Marketing Platform and work with state-of-the-art tools and high-performing teams. As a Key Account Manager Automotive you will ensure customer satisfaction and foster business growth through strong account management and exceptional customer service especially for our clients from the Automotive industry.


Specifically you will be responsible for:


  • Managing a portfolio of key accounts (most of them from the automotive sector) and building strong client relationships
  • Ensuring successful execution of client projects, meeting deadlines and satisfying client needs
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to provide solutions to customer challenges and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Analyzing accounts and conducting business reviews, building strategic roadmaps and identifying new opportunities to enhance digital maturity
  • Providing regular updates to clients on project progress and addressing any arising issues
  • Collaborating with external tech partners
  • Keeping up to date with the latest industry trends to provide our clients the most relevant support


The person we are looking for…


... brings these preferred skills:

  • Solid experience in account management in the tech and digital marketing industry
  • Already worked with the Google Analytic tools like Google Marketing Platform, Google Cloud Platform
  • Experience in working for clients from the Automotive industry
  • Excellent communication in fluent English (German would be a plus)


Also nice to have:

  • Proven track record of success in delivering exceptional customer service and driving business growth
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to effectively manage multiple projects and priorities
  • Highly detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills
  • Self-starter attitude and drive to continuously improve and exceed customer expectations
