In this crucial role as the IT Application Manager (with focus HR), you will be responsible for leading, defining and managing the implementation and maintenance of the HCM applications together with being responsible for the platform’s overall success by serving business needs.

Your tasks

• Management of the overarching HR Landscape
• Management of our external partners who provide support in processing tickets
• Personnel and functional Management of the internal HRIT resources who carry out configuration, development, and interface management
• Manage and coordinate the internal team on efficient and prompt resolution of platform-related incidents
• Responsible for coordinating and handling user inquiries within the team and troubleshooting application-related problems
• Ensure ongoing maintenance and support of HR-IT Applications
• IT Lead for the HCM Cloud implementation

Your profile

• Knowledge of system architecture and data flow management
• Proven experience within operational business projects (including management)
• HR System integration and SAP skills experience are an advantage
• Communication that allows complex issues to be successfully conveyed and different contacts to be proactively supported
• Fluent knowledge of German; English knowledge is an advantage
