Then read on…Who you are:You are a strong communicator, interested in interacting daily with B2Bmarket participants (family offices, banks, etc) and providing structuredinvestment solutions across asset classes. You will be working with ourSales and Key Account Management teams, participating in the Sales andClient Management processes.Your tasks & responsibilities:Drive the expansion of the GenTwo network, both domestically andinternationally, with a particular focus on the UK or Middle East.Build brand awareness in the market and cultivate a strong network ofinvestment professionals.Attract and retain B2B clients by delivering tailored, structured solutionsacross all asset classes, from traditional to alternative to digital.Excellent communication skills, having the ability to connect to investmentprofessionals, understand their needs, offer a solution in collaborationwith your colleagues and close the deal successfully.Take ownership of the client relationship, working with an entrepreneurialmindset to ensure prompt and successful delivery of solutions that alignwith clients’ needs and objectives.What you bring:Prior experience in the asset management and/or structured productsindustry.Deep market knowledge and a well-established network of key marketparticipants.A results-oriented, highly disciplined approach, with a focus on deliveringvalue to clients.Expertise in financial markets and structured products, enabling you toconfidently manage multiple client accounts and requests.A client-centric mindset, with a proven ability to consistently deliverhigh-quality service while collaborating closely with both clients andinternal business units.Exceptional social and soft skills that enable you to communicateeffectively and connect with investment professionals at all levels.Fluency in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.Fluency in other languages is a plus.A Master’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent workexperience.What we offer:A fast-paced start-up environment that encourages innovation and growth inyour function.Modern infrastructure and tools to help you excel in your role.
