We're seeking a Tech Automations Manager to join our dynamic team and drive our technology initiatives forward.

Job Summary: We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Tech Automations Manager to oversee our tech efforts, manage our tech team, and work closely on SaaS products and AI integration. This role requires a deep understanding of the GoHighLevel application, OpenAI, Zapier, funnels, and marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and experience managing tech teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the tech team, ensuring seamless collaboration and efficient project execution.
• Oversee the development and maintenance of SaaS products and automation solutions.
• Integrate AI technologies into our existing systems to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency.
• Design, implement, and optimize marketing funnels using GoHighLevel and other relevant tools.
• Create and manage automated workflows using Zapier to streamline processes and improve productivity.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align tech efforts with business goals.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of tech projects, ensuring they meet quality standards and deadlines.
• Provide technical guidance and support to team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to drive innovation within the team.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a tech management role, overseeing teams and projects.
• Strong knowledge of the GoHighLevel application, including its automation and marketing capabilities.
• Familiarity with AI technologies, particularly OpenAI and Claude, and their practical applications in business.
• Proficiency in using Zapier to create and manage automated workflows.
• Experience with marketing strategies and designing effective funnels.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Problem-solving mindset with a focus on innovation and continuous improvement.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in a marketing agency or similar environment.
• Familiarity with other CRM systems and marketing automation tools.
