Purpose of the role:
To aid our continued growth, we are looking for a Full-Stack Software Engineer (with a focus on back-end) to work in our growing Development Team. You will have significant involvement in the continual evolution of our products, working collaboratively with the team to improve and develop our technology. Championing our collaborative environment, you will work closely with the other Software Engineers, Data Scientists, Product Managers and Designers in implementing robust and scalable applications and developing truly disruptive products that are changing the way the world communicates.
We are looking for a creative, enthusiastic person with a strong academic background, who is keen to shape an exciting project with huge commercial potential. The successful candidate will be a core part of the Development Team helping build our Aveni Detect platform across advised services.

Requirements
- At least 2 years front and back-end development experience using TypeScript, Node.js, React or JavaScript
- Strong knowledge of AWS
- Strong interest in learning and adopting the latest development techniques
- Interest in AI, NLP and Machine learning
- Experience following Agile working practices
- Educated to degree level in Computer Science or similar
- Desire to learn new skills, working as part of a dynamic and ambitious start-up team
- Node.js, Typescript, React, Python, ESLInt, StackBlitz, GIT
- AWS, Docker, ECS and EKS for container orchestration
- Serverless for FaaS development
- API development
