Reports to: Sales Director / Sales Account Manager

Working Hours: 9am – 5.30pm UK Time Zones

About the Role:

We are seeking an energetic and proactive Sales Executive responsible for opening doors, winning new opportunities, reaching out to new customers, and building great relationships with existing ones. In this role, you will work closely with colleagues in different departments, gaining experience and understanding of the sales process from start to finish.

Job Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
• Write sales emails, build sales sequences, and make cold calls.
• Prepare and deliver product presentations and sales pitches to clients.
• Follow up on new inquiries and enter client details into our extensive CRM sales database.
• Complete sales order documentation for existing and potential new clients.
• Assist the director with sales contract terms and conditions.
• Manage and grow existing sales accounts.
• Support existing clients with information, images, and new product samples.
• Generate new business, increase sales, motivate, and strengthen client relationships.
• Manage CRM database.
• Work with the Sales Director to execute sales campaigns.
• Collaborate on marketing initiatives.
• Conduct market research.

• Previous sales experience is preferred, but graduates will be considered.
• Strong knowledge of Office packages, including Excel and Word.
• Relevant industry experience is preferred.
• A passion for food is a bonus.
