Overview of Job Function:

The Analyst Relations Specialist will join a fast-paced, results-focused team with responsibilities to support relationships with technology analysts and research firms that aid the success of Verint’s Open CCaaS Platform and CX Automation solutions. Collaborate with these industry influencers and Verint’s product and marketing teams to develop communications programs, project manage competitive vendor evaluation projects, create thought leadership content, and manage industry events. This role reports to the Sr. Director of Analyst Relations.

Principal Duties and Essential Responsibilities:


  • Support inbound and outbound analyst relations (AR) communications that extend market leadership and support business growth areas in collaboration with AR Manager and AR Director.
  • Create and cultivate meaningful relationships with targeted, high-level external audiences (i.e., influencers, industry analysts, consultants).
  • Align business goals with domestic and international team members to ensure consistency.
  • Write and edit internal and external publications including briefing documents, competitive intelligence and newsletters.
  • Support analyst briefings and spokesperson preparation in alignment with product launches, ongoing company updates, and industry trends.
  • Manage analyst inquiries, customer references, research calendars and participation in industry reports on specific technologies and competitive vendor evaluations.
  • Contribute to deadline-driven vendor evaluation projects authored by leading research firms including DMG Consulting, Forrester, Gartner, IDC, Opus Research, and Ventana Research, among others.
  • Work with internal stakeholders and the analyst community to develop co-marketing and sales enablement materials.
  • Monitor research publications and disseminate analyst insights on markets and competitors to internal stakeholders.
  • Support annual events including Verint’s Customer Conference and Verint Analyst Days.


Minimum Requirements:


  • Bachelor’s degree in public relations, English, journalism or related field, or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience in PR/communications functions for the B2B software industry
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills that may include presenting to a large group.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
  • Writing and editing project experience; portfolio of relevant previous projects preferred.
  • A minimum of two years of demonstrated experience in a corporate communications role.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related communications field or the equivalent years of work experience.
  • Successful completion of a credit check necessary for those travel-related roles that will require the candidate to obtain the appropriate credit line required to travel.
