UX Designer (Contract)

Please note that this is a contract role providing services to Microsoft through external staffing partners of Allegis Global Solutions. If you are selected for this role, you will be employed by AGS and will not be an employee of Microsoft.

Summary

This role will be involved in various design projects aimed at enhancing user experiences across multiple screens. The role will require a balance of independent design work, collaborative meetings, and teamwork with fellow members.

Job Responsibilities

• Designing Windows 365 for consumer and commercial customers.
• Engaging in design projects to enhance user experiences.
• Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.
• Leading product development initiatives within a user-centered design framework.
  
  

Requirements

• 5-7 years of overall experience in a relevant field.
• Bachelor's degree in industrial design or interactional design/UX design preferred.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Illustrator, Photoshop, and After Effects.
• Ability to lead product development from inception to implementation.
• Strong portfolio showcasing diverse projects and direct contributions.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional user experiences.

• Duration: 2 Months
