Europe, Middle East and AfricaWe are seeking an Account Executive (AE) who will ensure that ABC Glofox fulfils its obligation to its customer and exceeds client expectations for support. The Account Executive will be responsible for driving revenue growth by developing and managing clients through their full life cycle at ABC Glofox. The primary goal of this position is to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and to identify and pursue new sales opportunities. The AE will work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer experience, to ensure alignment of sales initiatives with business objectives.Europe, Middle East and Africa

- Europe, Middle East and AfricaConduct product demonstrations and presentations
- Europe, Middle East and AfricaDevelop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
- Europe, Middle East and AfricaCollaborate with marketing and product development teams to develop sales collateral and promotional materials
- Europe, Middle East and AfricaProvide customer feedback to the product development team to inform product improvements and enhancements
- Europe, Middle East and AfricaManage the sales pipeline and accurately forecast sales opportunities
- Europe, Middle East and AfricaAttend industry events and conferences to promote the company and develop new business opportunities as needed (as needed)
- Europe, Middle East and AfricaMaintain an Expert knowledge of ABC Glofox's suite of technology products and services
- Europe, Middle East and Africa2 years of experience managing mid-level client accounts or relatable industry experience
- Europe, Middle East and AfricaStrong knowledge of sales processes, including lead generation, prospecting, and closing deals
- Europe, Middle East and AfricaExcellent communication and presentation skills, with a strong attention to detail
- Europe, Middle East and AfricaDemonstrated ability to manage complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders and decision makers
- Europe, Middle East and AfricaStrong analytical skills and experience with sales analytics tools such as Salesforce and SalesLoft
- Europe, Middle East and AfricaAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Europe, Middle East and AfricaProficient with using Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Europe, Middle East and AfricaStrong negotiation skills and the ability to close customers within a short sales cycle
- Europe, Middle East and AfricaExcellent communication skills and fluency in English
- Europe, Middle East and AfricaAbility to work in a fast paced and flexible environment, across different geographies within APAC and deliver to tight deadlines
