Europe, Middle East and AfricaThe Commission/Compensation Specialist will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and managing our sales compensation plans to ensure they align with business objectives, drive performance, and motivate our sales force effectively.Europe, Middle East and Africa

  • Europe, Middle East and AfricaCollaborate with key stakeholders, including Sales Leadership, Finance, and HR, to understand business goals, sales strategies, and compensation needs.Europe, Middle East and Africa
  • Europe, Middle East and AfricaDesign and develop sales compensation plans, including commission structures, bonus programs, and incentives, that are competitive, fair, and compliant with company policies and regulations.Europe, Middle East and Africa
  • Europe, Middle East and AfricaAnalyze sales performance data to evaluate the effectiveness of compensation plans and identify opportunities for improvement.Europe, Middle East and Africa
  • Europe, Middle East and AfricaPartner with Sales Operations and Finance teams to accurately calculate and process commissions and bonuses in a timely manner.Europe, Middle East and Africa
  • Europe, Middle East and AfricaProvide guidance and support to sales representatives and managers on compensation-related inquiries, policies, and processes.Europe, Middle East and Africa
  • Europe, Middle East and AfricaConduct regular audits and reviews to ensure accuracy and consistency in commission calculations and payments.Europe, Middle East and Africa
  • Europe, Middle East and AfricaOwn and manage the Commission Review Board process internally to regularly review Sales rep performance and track compensation against budgets.Europe, Middle East and Africa
  • Europe, Middle East and AfricaStay informed about industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes related to sales compensation and make recommendations for adjustments as needed.Europe, Middle East and Africa

  • Europe, Middle East and AfricaProven experience (5+ years) in sales compensation design, administration, or analysis, preferably in a high-growth, SaaS environment.Europe, Middle East and Africa
  • Europe, Middle East and AfricaStrong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and draw actionable insights.Europe, Middle East and Africa
  • Europe, Middle East and AfricaExcellent attention to detail and accuracy, with a focus on delivering high-quality work.Europe, Middle East and Africa
  • Europe, Middle East and AfricaAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel or similar tools for data analysis and modeling.Europe, Middle East and Africa
  • Europe, Middle East and AfricaKnowledge of sales performance metrics and KPIs, such as quota attainment, revenue targets, and sales pipelines.Europe, Middle East and Africa
  • Europe, Middle East and AfricaFamiliarity with CRM (Salesforce) and sales compensation software and systems (Xactly Incent) is a plus.Europe, Middle East and Africa
