Integrations play a vital role in the Evisort product suite, serving as a bridge for Evisort users to utilize the platform's AI/Intelligence capabilities and streamline their processes through integration with third-party systems such as Salesforce, Ariba, and communication tools like Slack and Microsoft Teams. These integrations act as additional interfaces for Evisort, supporting an increasing range of features and workflows available to users, and facilitating seamless integration of Evisort into their existing collaboration processes.


The integration team is responsible for frontend and backend development and the infrastructure on which these integrations are built. As we strive for continuous improvement, we manage a range of solutions and tools, constantly seeking to innovate and enhance our offerings to meet the needs of tomorrow's advancements and growth.


As the Engineering Manager for the Integrations team, you will play a crucial role in guiding and supporting the team as they shape the services that drive our integrations and product features. Your leadership will create a nurturing environment for your team to excel and foster collaboration across engineering, product, customer success, and professional services teams. This role offers a special chance to make a meaningful impact on our product and team development, while also helping to evolve our integration ecosystem.


Responsibilities:

  • Manage and define priorities in partnership with Product managers and stakeholders
  • Promote a culture of collaboration and open communication
  • Manage the engineering team: supporting their career development and improving their skills
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders about team health, productivity, wins and challenges
  • Own the full SDLC and keep an eye on production systems’ health
  • Participate in technical decision-making with the team, contribute to architectural and design decisions, and sometimes contribute code and review PRs
  • Work with the team to present and prepare Implementation Strategy Reviews for the broader engineering team’s visibility
  • Manage teams of external consultants
  • Run to completion integration projects that require collaboration across teams from multiple disciplines (engineering, professional services, customer support, etc.)
  • Interact with customers along the implementation lifecycle of integration projects (e.g use case definition, proposed implementation, delivery, user acceptance, etc.)


Requirements:

  • Proven ability to inspire, coach, train, and develop team members and promote good team culture.
  • Experience adapting to challenges, providing support, and leading by example in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven track record leading cross-functional efforts around systems architecture, software development, operational processes, product features, and software implementation, release, and adoption.
  • Built and maintained systems at scale.
  • Experience with SDLC and have worked across product and organizational boundaries.
  • Experience working in an agile environment with a focus on security and reliability.
  • Hands-on experience with writing code and RFCs.
  • Experience in customer facing roles.
  • Experience with leading enterprise CRM/ERP/etc services (e.g SFDC, Ariba, Coupa, etc).
  • Nice to have: experience in the MS ecosystem: Teams, Copilot, MS Dynamics
