Sub-Saharan AfricaAs Zepto's Head of Sales Operations, you be a strategic leader within the Commercial team and be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing the processes, tools and systems that support the sales organisation. This role is central to ensuring our Commercial function has the necessary resources to meet and exceed revenue goals while fostering operational efficiency.

Sub-Saharan AfricaIn our current scale-up phase, this role is a stand alone leadership role where you will be focused on building the sales operations capability at Zepto with the view to grow a team in time. You will play a key role within Zepto's Commercial Leadership Team and report into the Chief Commercial Officer.Sub-Saharan Africa

  • Sub-Saharan AfricaStrategy Development: Develop and execute a comprehensive sales operations strategy aligned with Zepto's goals and objectives.Sub-Saharan Africa
  • Sub-Saharan AfricaProcess Optimisation: Streamline and optimize sales processes to improve efficiency and scalability. Identify and implement best practices.Sub-Saharan Africa
  • Sub-Saharan AfricaSales Enablement: Ensure the sales team has the tools, resources, and training needed to be successful. Collaborate with other departments to create and deliver sales training programs.Sub-Saharan Africa
  • Sub-Saharan AfricaCRM Management: Oversee the management of Salesforce, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and effective use by the sales team.Sub-Saharan Africa
  • Sub-Saharan AfricaSales Analytics: Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor sales performance. Provide insights and recommendations to senior management.Sub-Saharan Africa
  • Sub-Saharan AfricaSales Forecasting and Planning: Lead sales forecasting, budgeting, and planning activities, ensuring that there is a strong alignment with finance and other key departments.Sub-Saharan Africa
  • Sub-Saharan AfricaCross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Marketing, Finance, Engineering, Technology & Product, and other departments to ensure smooth communication and execution of sales operations initiatives.
  • Sub-Saharan AfricaTeam Leadership: Manage and mentor the sales operations team. Foster a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and high performance.Sub-Saharan Africa
  • Sub-Saharan AfricaTechnology Evaluation: Evaluate and implement sales tools and technologies that can enhance the sales process. Keep abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies.Sub-Saharan Africa
